There
are daily KTEL buses
from the town of Volos to all villages of Pelion. In order to
reach Damouchari you have to step off at Mouresi or Agios
Ioannis, where you can catch a Taxi to Damouchari. If you have
a reservation you will be picked up. info

You
can get from Volos to Damouchari either through the village
Hania or through Milies. The distance is about the same (56km).
On the road through Milies you follow the signs towards Tsagarada.
As you pass it start descending to the sea. Through Hania you
drive to Agios Ioannis and after it you reach Damouchari.

At
Volos it is possible to find a taxi to Damouchari and the cost
is about € 45. Coming in touch with a taxi-driver of the
region, before arriving, you could arrange it so as to be picked
up either in Volo's bus station, railway station or in the port.

For
those who are coming through Skiathos there are daily flying
dolphin itenaries from the island of Skiathos to the village
of the southern part of the Pelion peninsula called "Platanias"
(down-right corner on the map above), where you can find a taxi
to Damouchari (the cost is about the same as from Volos - €
45) or use the bus-lines (although that way seems a little bit
complicated, because there is not direct connection).
